Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out, false ceiling, and partition installation works.
- Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure project progress aligns with the work schedule.
- Monitor site safety, material quality, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Assist the project manager/technical manager with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report discrepancies to the relevant departments.
- Ensure adherence to construction timelines and project deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in construction/interior fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of interior works (partitions, gypsum ceilings, drywall, decorative finishes, etc.).
- Strong understanding of site management, execution, and quality control.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations (e.g., ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense) is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
