Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, documenting milestones and presenting updates to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, demonstrating practical expertise on-site.
Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent to showcase project management capabilities.
Proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and drafting tasks.
