Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities on site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met
- Review technical drawings and design documents to ensure accurate site execution
- Monitor material usage and resource allocation to support cost-effective construction
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports and related documentation
- Enforce site safety procedures and actively monitor worker safety compliance
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site construction teams

- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders on active sites
