Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budget constraints, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project teams and clients, addressing any concerns and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Oversee site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
  • Manage resource allocation, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a strong academic foundation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in site coordination or project management within the construction industry.
  • Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA 30-hour training are highly preferred to demonstrate commitment to professional standards.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, showcasing strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
