Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all fit-out work complies with design specifications, blueprints, and project plans.
Act as a central point of contact, coordinating the activities of subcontractors, internal teams, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Track material deliveries and manage equipment usage to prevent delays.
Address and resolve technical issues, supply chain problems, and any other problems that arise during site development.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, maintenance, and completed works.
Participate in project site meetings for micro-level planning and to address on-site issues.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience and technical understanding in the fit-out and joinery industry.
Strong ability to coordinate diverse teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and site staff.
The capacity to identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and documentation.
Practical experience in inspecting site work and ensuring quality control.
Manage third-party contractors to deliver work within scope.
Knowledge of drawings and implementation to site.
