Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of architectural works.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues related to architectural design or construction methods.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure all architectural materials and installations meet company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the procurement and approval of architectural materials and finishes.
- Support the implementation of sustainable and innovative architectural solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute technical expertise to optimize site operations.
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in site architecture or a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
- Experience working on-site.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to project demands.
