Roles & Responsibilities

Position Objective:


The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site acquisition tasks, processes, and implementation plans. This includes managing communication with Baladiyah and Site Acquisition Contractors to ensure timely and proper project execution by all involved vendors and stakeholders.


Job Description & Responsibilities:


  • Provide project coordination support to the Site Acquisition Section Manager and team.
  • Prepare and track project implementation plans.
  • Communicate and escalate any discrepancies between actual implementation and project plans.
  • Generate and maintain regular project status reports and documentation.
  • Support the Project Control team in preparing relevant progress and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of implementation activities.
  • Participate in project meetings to review progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure all relevant databases are updated accurately and on time.
  • Provide technical support to the client within the scope of specialisation.
  • Execute assigned tasks as directed by the Site Acquisition Manager.
  • Compile project data and generate overall status reports.
  • Monitor and track project activities using Microsoft Project and other tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain up-to-date implementation plans for use by management and team members to support decision-making and project updates.
  • Serve as a backup sub-team lead when required.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, logistics coordination, and recording meeting minutes for distribution and communication.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in GSM Project Coordination.
  • Strong expertise in GSM Site Acquisition processes.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Project, database management, and related tools.
  • Experience in reporting and creating structured templates.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic.
