Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Install and configure Linux systems (laptops and desktops). Manage partitions, filesystems (including btrfs), and package installations. Perform basic network configuration (interfaces, routing, firewalls). Develop shell/bash scripts to automate processes.

Programming in Python. IDL or GDL.

Process radar data after training, including geocoding and value-added editing. Collaborate with technical teams to support radar missions and ensure data integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

xcellent knowledge of Linux and command-line tools. Strong skills in bash/shell scripting for automation. Programming experience in Python; knowledge of IDL or GDL is desirable. Experience with system administration and basic networking. Very good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Previous experience in radar or remote sensing data processing.

Familiarity with geospatial data formats and coordinate systems.

Experience working in multidisciplinary technical environments or field operations.
