Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for an experiencedproduction manager for a signage workshop and work in coordination withOperations manager and general manager. Ninety Nine Advertising is a completesignage/stickers factory with current strong team that we are looking to increase.

We produce all work in-houseusing state of the art equipment, supplying and fitting signage and graphicsfor companies across the UAE.

Production Manager is expected to:
1- Handle approved jobs fromreceiving the job order from operations manager till signing delivery note fromclient.
2- Manage the work schedulesaccurately and efficiently.
3- Ensure minimum waste throughreducing material waste while production and reworks while installation atsites.
4- Train the workers and improvetheir skills for efficiency through teaching best work methods and practices
5- Calculate workers over time
6- Increase the number ofproduction team through right hiring.
7- Conducting quality controllingof signs prior to production/distribution will be required to ensure standardsare met in line with our client expectation
