Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and services from the company s portfolio.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to highlight vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Negotiate pricing, finance, and trade-in options within company guidelines to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with after-sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
  • Accurately complete all sales documentation and maintain records in compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding the company s standards of professionalism and integrity.

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
