About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to join our team in Basra . The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including daily operations, team management, customer service, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage inventory and stock-taking to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive continuous growth.

Requirements:
• 1 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Technological proficiency and ability to adapt to digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
