Shop Manager/Operator

We are looking for a young and enthusiastic shop manager/operator for a gaming lounge in Batroun.


Key Responsibilities:

-Team Management & Scheduling

Supervise and coordinate a team of 4 staff members

Set and manage weekly staff schedules

Provide clear instructions, delegate tasks, and resolve staff issues

Maintain team motivation and accountability


-Operations & Equipment Oversight

Ensure all store equipment is functional and well-maintained

Schedule and oversee regular maintenance

Contact service providers when services are disrupted (Internet, Electricity, Water, Network)


-Stock & Inventory Management

Place timely orders for snacks, drinks, and supplies

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory

Avoid stock shortages or excess through efficient planning


-Sales & Customer Service

Operate the POS system: process sales and handle payments

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally

Assist in promotions and in-store campaigns


-Cleanliness & Store Presentation

Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Enforce hygiene and safety protocols for all staff


-Shop Improvement & Innovation

Propose and implement new ideas to improve sales and store performance

Monitor shop trends and provide regular feedback to ownership



Compensation & Benefits:

-Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise

-Paid Holidays: 14 paid days per year, available only after completing the first year of employment

Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience in team management and retail operations

Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Familiar with basic accounting and inventory tracking

Ideally a gamer who understands the gaming community and culture

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Fluent in English and Arabic
