Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Store Management

Oversee the daily operations of all departments (barber, spa, caf , fashion, art, and tech).


Ensure high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and luxury service at all times.


Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.


Ensure all safety, health, and licensing regulations are adhered to.


Oversee building maintenance, utilities, equipment servicing, and repairs.


2. Commercial & Contractual Management

Audit and renegotiate third-party contracts (Spa - Clouds, Coffee Shop, Clothing Brands, etc.) to ensure favorable terms.


Manage vendor relationships and ensure product/service quality.


Maximize profitability through cost control, margin optimization, and effective supplier negotiations.


3. Customer Experience & Data Analytics

Monitor and analyze customer behavior, visit frequency, feedback, and preferences.


Develop loyalty programs and track customer retention.


Conduct post-visit follow-ups and implement service improvements based on data insights.


4. People Management

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of in-house teams.


Foster a culture of service excellence, luxury, and team accountability.


Create staff KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.


Schedule and supervise team rosters to ensure full operational coverage.


5. Marketing, PR & Events

Plan and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, and influencer platforms.


Coordinate regular events (art exhibits, product launches, grooming events, fashion shows, etc.).


Build relationships with PR agencies and media to increase brand visibility.


Ensure brand consistency in all customer-facing materials and experiences.


6. Financial & Reporting

Manage store budgets and report on weekly/monthly performance (P&L, sales, expenses, footfall, conversion rates).


Prepare forecasts and business plans to improve financial performance.


Review department-specific KPIs and make data-driven decisions.


7. Innovation & Growth

Identify new service offerings and retail categories in line with customer interests.


Recommend enhancements to store layout, merchandising, or digital integrations.


Stay up-to-date on luxury and lifestyle trends to maintain store relevance.
