Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the packaging/blending process to ensure accurate formulation and consistent product quality, adhering strictly to batch records and specifications.
Supervise packaging operations, ensuring efficient line performance, proper labeling, and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of blending and packaging operators, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing waste and ensuring timely availability for production.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field to grasp the technical aspects of the role.
- Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in lubricant blending or packaging, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- Demonstrates proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the lubricants industry.
- Exhibits strong knowledge of blending and packaging equipment, including filling machines, labeling systems, and blending tanks.
