Shift Engineers/Planners Villa Hakatha pvt ltd.

We are seeking proactive Shift Engineers/Planners to oversee piling activities on a shift basis. Each shift engineer will be responsible for issuing daily work packs, monitoring productivity, coordinating with site teams, and updating schedules. The role ensures alignment between planning and execution while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue daily work packs, including task instructions, drawings, and safety requirements, to piling crews.
• Monitor daily piling activities and measure productivity against planned targets.
• Track equipment utilization, crew performance, and material consumption during shifts.
• Update project schedules and shift logs with actual progress and output.
• Identify delays, risks, or productivity issues and escalate to the Piling Superintendent for corrective action.
• Coordinate with surveyors, supervisors, and quality teams to ensure correct pile positioning and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure safe handovers between crews.
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards during all piling operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in piling, foundation, or heavy civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, equipment, and productivity tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other planning/scheduling software.
• Good leadership and communication skills to coordinate crews and support staff.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
