Position Overview
The Settlement Analyst role with Achieve Group in Dubai supports a leading commodities trading multinational, playing a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of physical and financial commodity trades. This position suits a detail-oriented professional with solid settlement experience who thrives in a fast-paced trading environment and works closely with trading, finance, and external counterparties.
Job Details
* Manage the creation, distribution, reconciliation, and settlement of invoices for physical and financial commodity trades
* Ensure pricing, due dates, and invoice calculations comply with contractual terms and regulatory requirements
* Execute timely settlement of trades, resolving discrepancies and settlement issues efficiently
* Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to address invoicing and payment queries
* Prepare, review, and present invoices and supporting documentation in line with trade contracts and letter of credit requirements
* Identify opportunities to improve settlement workflows and support ad hoc projects when required
* Ensure compliance with trading standards, tax requirements, sanctions policies, and anti-money laundering regulations
