Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-up communication with potential clients.
- Engage leads from company-provided databases, online inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and social media channels.
- Assess client needs, purchasing capability, and investment interest to determine lead quality.
- Identify qualified prospects for property consultations and viewing appointments.
2. Appointment Setting & Scheduling
- Schedule property viewings, consultations, and meetings between prospects and real estate agents.
- Coordinate calendars, confirm appointment details, and ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule when required.
- Ensure agents receive all necessary lead information prior to the meeting.
3. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, communication logs, and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
- Track lead progress through the sales pipeline and ensure timely updates.
- Flag high-priority leads and provide daily reports on performance metrics, lead activity, and follow-ups.
4. Sales Support & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with real estate agents to understand property listings, investment options, and key selling points.
- Provide timely updates to the sales team on lead feedback and client concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with ongoing campaigns.
- Support continuous improvement of lead-generation strategies through insights and market feedback.
5. Compliance & Professional Standards
- Adhere to all UAE data protection regulations, including confidentiality and proper handling of client information.
- Follow InvestMenter Real Estate s communication protocols, ethical guidelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure all outreach interactions reflect the company s high level of professionalism and service excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, appointment setting, or real estate lead generation (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and engage diverse clientele.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
