Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

SAP is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia to accelerate cloud revenue growth and deepen customer impact across a portfolio of strategic, named accounts.

You will own the end-to-end customer strategy driving adoption, expansion, and success while leading high-impact engagements in complex enterprise environments.

Hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-centric account strategies aligned to clients business priorities and digital transformation goals
  • Drive cloud revenue growth through renewals, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities
  • Build and sustain C-level and senior executive relationships across customer and partner organizations
  • Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and value realization, ensuring tangible business outcomes
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (pre-sales, customer success, services) and implementation partners
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture

Qualifications

  • 10 15 years of proven success in enterprise B2B and/or cloud software sales
  • Prior experience in people management and sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions, subscription models, and customer value realization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and engage senior executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
