Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a ServiceNow QA/Test Lead (Manual) for a strategic enterprise client
If you re an expert in ServiceNow testing and thrive in Agile environments, this opportunity is for you.
Location: 100% Remote
Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate QA efforts for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
Define test strategies and ensure full test coverage
Perform regression, exploratory and functional testing
Track and manage defects using JIRA/TestRail
Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams

Tech Environment:
ServiceNow, JIRA, TestRail, SQL, API Testing, Agile/Scrum, Web-based platforms
