Roles & Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions with a focus on Event Management.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop integrations and workflows to enhance ITOM capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise on best practices for ServiceNow Event Management.
  • Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on ITOM expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Event Management within ServiceNow.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations is highly desirable.
  • ServiceNow certifications (ITOM Specialist/Implementation Specialist) are an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
