Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Summery
We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage the implementation and technical execution of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to lead a team of developers and work with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive configuration, scripting, and integration efforts.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, compliance, security, audit, and IT.
- Lead agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros) and manage sprint deliverables.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years working with ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead in GRC implementations.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex deployments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory frameworks.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist BCM.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred).
- CRISC or equivalent GRC/security certification (a plus).
