Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share in the assigned region. • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into signed contracts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Gather, analyze, and communicate market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer investments, to leadership. • Provide timely and accurate sales data, reports, and forecasts as required for regional management. • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to adjust strategy as needed. • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs. • Support the development and expansion of partnership channels in the territory. • Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events to promote company offerings and expand contacts.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 5–15 years of experience in sales of industrial products, heavy machinery, or feed equipment. • Direct background in service operations or parts sales is strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or Business Administration (required). • Deep knowledge of the North Africa region, with established networks in Algeria, Morocco, or adjacent markets. • Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, relationship management, and market development. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a hybrid (office + field) working environment. • Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to provide actionable market and sales insights. • Fluent in English, French, or Arabic is a plus
