Service Sales Engineer MAJEES TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC

SERVICE AND SALES LEAD FOR THE BRANCH

1. Sales and Service Revenue and its P/L [40%] for the branch operations.
2. Maintaining SLA, Client Satisfaction Index, Service Performance Records as per ERP set targets [35%]
3. Managing Sales and Service Operations of SALALAH branch in all aspects for the day-to-day operations as per the agreed targets and objectives set.
4. Responsible for fast-track monthly invoice-based sales around the region.
5. Responsible for Generating revenue through add-on projects and new AMC.
6. Fully responsible for handling Service operations of the region for warranty, AMC clients in all aspects.
7. Achieving the SALES & OPERATIONAL targets set adhering to the agreed Key Performance Indicators.
8. Supporting Project Delivery team for providing required support for timely delivery for regional projects,
9. Fully responsible for Service Operations : Service Level Agreements [SLA], and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction to deliver first-class, professional customer service to our customers for the region.
10. Meeting all existing customers around Dhofar region as to develop customer relations and performance to meet up with service revenues and SLA.
11. Monitor and track critical customer issues daily providing feedback timeously to keep updated on a regular basis determined by the nature of the request and or customer.
12. Continuance ISO best practice processes and customer care standards as per company policy.
