Service Sales Engineer MAJEES TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC

We are currently looking for Service Sales Engineer in MAJEES TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC, Oman.

*Experience* : 3-8 Years in managing Service Sales Operations, mainly Service Sales and customer support / service environment/department in ELV and Security systems industry.

*Role Description* :The Service Sales Engineer plays a dual role in both technical service and sales. This position is responsible for promoting and selling service solutions while providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role bridges the gap between engineering and sales, helping clients understand the value of technical services and ensuring smooth post-sales support.

*Key Responsibilities*:

· Sales and Service Revenue and its P/L [40%] for the branch operations.

· Maintaining SLA, Client Satisfaction Index, Service Performance Records as per ERP set targets [35%]

· Managing Sales and Service Operations of SALALAH branch in all aspects for the day-to-day operations as per the agreed targets and objectives set.

· Responsible for fast-track monthly invoice-based sales around the region.

· Responsible for Generating revenue through add-on projects and new AMC.

· Fully responsible for handling Service operations of the region for warranty, AMC clients in all aspects.

· Achieving the SALES & OPERATIONAL targets set adhering to the agreed Key Performance Indicators.

· Supporting Project Delivery team for providing required support for timely delivery for regional projects,

· Fully responsible for Service Operations: Service Level Agreements [SLA], and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction to deliver first-class, professional customer service to our customers for the region.

· Monitor and track critical customer issues daily providing feedback timeously to keep updated on a regular basis determined by the nature of the request and or customer.
