Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Service of Structural Steel machinery including Saw-Drill line, Plate processing and Blasting machines
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in machinery and equipment.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records for compliance and customer follow-up.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechatronics / Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a service engineering role for CNC machines
  • Higher experience would be considered for Senior Service Engineer position.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues especially B & R Automation PLC and Drives
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service calls.
