Roles & Responsibilities


Mission
• Ensure the management and quality of services delivered to our customers, respecting SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and contractual commitments.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team and work closely with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Analyze service performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage incidents and complex problems by proposing appropriate solutions and ensuring effective follow-up.
• Monitor the evolution of customer needs and ensure the implementation of suitable solutions.
• Participate in the management of budgets, resources and deadlines within the framework of projects related to the delivery of services.
• Ensure continuous communication with customers to understand their expectations and provide a rapid and appropriate response.
Profile
• Bac+5 degree or equivalent in IT, project management or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in service management, ideally in an international environment.
• Good command of ITIL, Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Team spirit and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
