Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide immediate assistance with a genuine smile, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the service area, including tables, floors, and restrooms, ensuring a pristine environment.
  • Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver orders promptly and courteously, ensuring each guest receives their selections with care.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory of supplies such as condiments, napkins, and cutlery, ensuring smooth service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Prepare simple beverages and food items, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables, contributing to the overall efficiency of the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possesses a valid food handler's certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, showcasing adaptability and customer management.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with service environments.
  • No specific nationality preference, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, with additional language skills being an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective guest interaction.
