Are you a technically skilled, customer-focused professional with a passion for driving service sales and building lasting client relationships? Grundfos is looking for a Service and Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us deliver high-value service and after-sales solutions to our customers.

What You ll Do

As a Service and Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Apply technical and customer insights to identify and sell service solutions.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and drive service sales across markets and industries.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales to close deals.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, Backoffice, logistic teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies to expand service offerings.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients, introducing new or existing service products.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards during all activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Sales: Lead the service sales process, identify customer needs, forecast and achieve targets.
  • Business Development: Analyze markets, develop campaigns, and support strategic growth.
  • Technical Support: Be the go-to expert for client queries and technical solutions.
  • General Duties: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and contribute to a safe work environment.

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in service sales within a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to the pumps industry is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel domestically as needed.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
