Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met with precision.
- Diagnose vehicle issues through active listening and effective questioning, translating technical jargon into customer-friendly language.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-4 yrs in Heavy Commercial vehicle segment as Service advisor/Asst Service advisor
- Proven experience in utilizing dealership management systems and customer relationship management software is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is crucial for effective diagnosis and communication.
