SERVICE ADVISOR (INSURANCE & FLATRATE EXPERIENCE) Zodiac Automobile Repair

Overview of the Role: Zodiac Automobile Repair is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor with specific experience in insurance-based jobs and a solid understanding of the flat rate concept. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to both insurance and walk-in customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the repair process. What You Will Do: - Welcome and guide customers through service intake and job explanation. - Coordinate with estimators for insurance jobs and clearly explain repair timelines. - Utilize knowledge of the insurance flat rate concept to explain cost breakdowns. - Manage job cards, estimates, and customer approvals. - Communicate with Bodyshop teams to track job progress and provide timely updates. - Upsell relevant services where applicable and maintain revenue targets. - Handle customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction rates.

About the Team: You will report to the Reception Supervisor and work closely with Estimators, Bodyshop Supervisors, and Foremen to manage customer journeys efficiently.
