Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough SEO audits for our website to identify areas of improvement and develop a strategic plan to address them.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance our website s authority and search engine ranking.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with web developers and marketing team to ensure SEO strategies are integrated into web development and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
  • Manage local SEO efforts including optimizing for Google My Business and other local search opportunities.
  • Work with PPC and social media teams to optimize cross-channel strategies for maximum visibility and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
  • Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and keyword research tools.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
