Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


· Seasoned business leader with proven success in driving market penetration and business expansion across diverse segments and pricing tiers. Lead enterprise sales and maintain strong CXO-level relationships, while identifying and developing new revenue streams and service offerings. Accountable for full P&L ownership and country-level strategy execution in KSA, overseeing sales, delivery, operations, and support.

Adept at building high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving consistent service quality and efficiency. Skilled in aligning sales with delivery, managing complex deal negotiations, and leading account management and customer retention initiatives. Represent the organization at key industry forums, steer strategic marketing efforts, and explore M&A or partnership opportunities to scale business impact and market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

· Full Time Post Graduate Management degree from a Premier B School is mandatory

Skills andCompetencies

· 15 years plus relevant experience in Staffing / HR Consulting role.(Sales Role)

· Ability to motivate and lead a team of people successfully towards a revenue target and ensure customer satisfaction

· Commercially savvy with ability to understand numbers and manage an independent P&L

· Consultative ability to sell, and to understand the closure process for complex deals

· Ability to map an organization and network within the customer to identify all key influencers and decision makers.

· A keen appetite to proactively chase and win new business.

· Consultative selling ability and deal negotiation

· Strong Sales leader with experience managing businesses with large P&Ls

· Excellent communication, relationships, and organizational skills
