Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer
  Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Experience in a senior or lead design role

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe
  Creative Suite)
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS,
  JavaScript basics)
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Familiarity with Wireframing/prototyping tools
• Multi language layout designs
