We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in creating intuitive, user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms. They should be a detail-oriented creative who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about crafting elegant user experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Senior UI/UX design efforts across multiple products and platforms.
• Translate product goals and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency in design across all user touchpoints and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a financial system.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects, with a focus on both UX and UI.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with design systems and component-based UI design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
