Role & responsibilities

• Lead Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant web applications and other front-end technologies.
• Architect Solutions: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create a cohesive and efficient architecture for web applications.
• Code Quality: Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices and standards.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure fast and responsive user experiences.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the development process and end-user experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandate Skills- UI Developer, HTML, CSS.

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on UI Development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern front-end build tools.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).
• Proven experience optimizing web applications for performance and scalability
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
