Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all toll manufacturing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective production of personal care products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive production plans in alignment with sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
  • Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to maintain quality standards and optimize production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Manage supply chain logistics related to toll manufacturing, including raw material procurement and finished goods distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production status, capacity utilization, and operational challenges to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and address quality issues promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with toll manufacturing partners to secure favorable terms.
  • Support the implementation of new product launches by coordinating manufacturing timelines and resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or toll manufacturing within the personal care, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with external manufacturing partners and vendors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
