Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all toll manufacturing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective production of personal care products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans in alignment with sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to maintain quality standards and optimize production processes.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Manage supply chain logistics related to toll manufacturing, including raw material procurement and finished goods distribution.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production status, capacity utilization, and operational challenges to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and address quality issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with toll manufacturing partners to secure favorable terms.
- Support the implementation of new product launches by coordinating manufacturing timelines and resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or toll manufacturing within the personal care, FMCG, or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with external manufacturing partners and vendors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Commitment to upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
