Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
  • Develop the mobilization plan based on scope, sequencing, and site constraints; align with PM and Site Engineers.
  • Coordinate and track shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to produce the general procurement plan. Prepare monthly procurement & financial plans synced with the look-ahead schedule and cash flow.
  • Conduct an estimated quantity survey to prepare required invoices as well as determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased.
  • Prepare the subcontractors and client s invoices.
  • Prepare periodical reports such as for senior management and project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Sc. in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in high-end fit-out/finishing and mixed residential/commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English language skills.
