Senior Technician (Chiller & VRV)

Provide technical support to the technicians when complicated breakdowns occur.

Conduct daily maintenance check-ups on Daikin systems conditions and components and make necessary services to ensure proper system function/operation.

Perform repair works on broken down apparatus efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide Daikin equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Fill out repair and maintenance vouchers after each visit and continuously update the maintenance register that details all repairs and checks performed.

Report all non-conformities immediately to the manager.

Startup new Daikin systems as recommended by Daikin standards.

Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and procedures and to the required dress code.

Perform any task in line with his/her competencies, in the After-Sales department, as required by the management.
