Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage top technical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Promote Romoze Egypt s employer brand and value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT services or consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to fill IT and technology roles across various levels and specializations.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and professional networking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality talent.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
