Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage top technical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Promote Romoze Egypt s employer brand and value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT services or consulting industry.
- Demonstrated ability to fill IT and technology roles across various levels and specializations.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality talent.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
