• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive integration strategies across the organization.
• Collaborate with the IT and development teams to design integration solutions that meet business goals.
• Manage a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and technical leadership.
• Ensure all system integrations are properly documented and updated as necessary.
• Oversee the assessment and selection of integration tools and platforms suitable for the organization.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts for integration-related issues and challenges.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party services to implement integration with external systems.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in system integrations, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data interchange formats, and integration platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with integration projects.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Experience with cloud-based integration solutions is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement.
