• Responsible for Division activities related to all technical & design parts for the package unit substation.
• Communicate and align with all concerned teams at Electrical Products factories for Technical, Quality, Delivery, etc. to meet customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for preparing technical offers/submittals for Electrical Products.
• Assure delivery of material to the site as per the approved technical submittal.
• Align with the After-Sale service team for Transformers and Package unit substation.
• Conduct Technical Presentations for Electrical Products to Utilities, Developers, and consultancies.
• Conduct technical meetings along with replying to customer technical clarifications.
• Electrical Products are Transformers, Package substation, Busways, Mobile substation
• Estimate costs and prepare quotations for package substations and E houses.
• Understand client requirements and the scope of work to ensure accurate proposals.
• Carry out pre-bid designing and engineering for completion of the estimation process.
• Collaborate closely with clients and vendors to submit offers and technical documents within deadlines.
• Create RFQs based on client specifications and initiate inquiries with multiple vendors of switchgear,

HVAC and F G.

• Prepare pricing summary sheet.
• Prepare compliance with the specifications for housing of the package substations.
• Prepare prequalification documents and techno-commercial documents for approvals.
• Review vendor offers and technical documents to ensure alignment with project scope and specifications.
• Knowledge with Transformers, Electrical Products, Packaging units, Busbar, Busway, Cables, Cable Accessories
