Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment plans based on manpower needs and approved budgets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews aligned with company standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates in alignment with company compensation policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, or related field.
  • 2 3+ years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • CBI Certified is a must.
  • High level of English proficiency is a must
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
