Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and feedback collection.
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with pharma industries is a MUST.
