Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire 180-degree recruitment cycle, including:
  • Coordinating offers and onboarding process handovers
  • Work closely with the TA Manager to fulfill business-critical hiring needs and meet deadlines.
  • Deliver high-quality TA reporting on hiring progress, pipeline status, sourcing effectiveness, and key KPIs.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment without compromising on candidate quality or recruitment experience.
  • Act as a true hiring partner to the business, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Support the TA transformation journey by contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
  • Ensure all hiring activities are aligned with banking compliance standards and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the banking or financial sector.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Strong personality with the confidence to push back when needed and influence hiring decisions effectively.
