• Design and implement robust systems architecture to support business objectives and scalability.
• Analyze system requirements and ensure the integration of software and hardware components.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and security measures.
• Manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce best practices and procedures for system development and maintenance.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers on designing effective solutions.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in systems engineering or equivalent technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture, networking, and cloud computing platforms.
• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and leading technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
