Senior System Engineer, TVE Market

The Signaling Engineer's role encompasses the Execution Studies, Implementation
, and Testing phases of the High-Speed ​​Rail (HSR) project between Kenitra and Marrakech.
The signaling and telecommunications contracts are design-build projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior HSR System Engineer is responsible for all key technical tasks, ensuring
the Project Owner receives quality and schedule monitoring
of the production by the contractors responsible for the system components along the
conventional line between Kenitra (excluding Casablanca Voyageurs station) and Marrakech (inclusive).
The term "system" encompasses signaling, telecommunications, PCD (Power Distribution Center), and power.
The confirmed TVE System engineer under the direction of the TVE manager must ensure
that all tasks related to the TVE lot zone 3 (Casablanca traveler
excluded Settat), Zone 5 (Settat excluded Marrakech excluded) and ATM of Nouaceur are in
conformity with the PPLG quality scheme and the master plan of the project.
This mission is divided into 9 main aspects:
Management of Signaling and Telecommunications Contracts:
- Assists the TVE manager in developing and implementing the monitoring of
Signaling/Telecommunications and PCD contracts (quality, planning, progress, study control
)
- Monitors the phasing of conventional line stations
- Conducts random checks of work and tests
- Manages external control teams to guarantee the quality of execution
- Ensures the acceptability and, if necessary, controls the design studies for the
implementation of the signaling, PCD, and Telecoms components. For opinions on the basic telecommunications diagrams and the general architecture of the Telecom networks, the Telecoms expert will be consulted.
- Assists the TVE manager in preparing the monthly report to the Project Owner,
assembled by the System
- Assists the TVE manager in monitoring payments from industrial companies -
Assists in monitoring and managing the execution of works and tests
- Ensures the validation of the companies' Quality Assurance Plans (PAQ) and verifies their application
- Provides ongoing technical advice to the Project Owner during execution for any problems that may arise, in particular assisting with the validation of unforeseen deviations during the studies
- Assists the Project Owner with external inspections. This includes defining them, preparing tender specifications, assisting in the selection and monitoring of contracts, and managing contracts.
- Assists in managing the acceptance operations of the works.
