Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute topographical survey projects from planning to final deliverables.
  • Conduct precise land and site measurements using total stations, GNSS, and related surveying equipment.
  • Supervise survey teams and ensure fieldwork is conducted efficiently, accurately, and safely.
  • Process, validate, and analyze survey data to produce detailed topographical maps, site plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and CAD/GIS teams to ensure data meets project specifications.
  • Maintain survey records, documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior surveyors and assistants.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in topographical surveys, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Strong technical expertise in survey instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, etc.) and related software.
  • Familiarity with CAD, Civil 3D, or GIS tools for processing and preparing survey deliverables.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise field crews.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and deliver accurate results.
