Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze sales trends and data to adjust product offerings, forecast future demand, and develop seasonality plans aligned with customer preferences.
Set pricing for all products through comprehensive market research and surveys, ensuring alignment with cost structures and desired gross profit margins.
Lead the creation and execution of visual strategies for product displays in Aman Stores to ensure optimal product presentation and visibility.
Review aging stock reports, collaborate with suppliers and dealers to explore alternative strategies for managing slow-moving inventory.
Stay informed on the latest retail and category trends, identifying new and innovative products and display methods to enhance the shopping experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 up to 10 years of experience in the same field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Forecasting demand.
Inventory management.
Excellent awareness of the market overview and benchmark.
Data analytics skills, measurement, and tracking.
