Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage any supply chain issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage and handling of materials and products.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and forecasting to support operational decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in inventory management or warehousing, ideally in a senior role.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience with inventory management software and systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and experience in enforcing compliance.
