What You ll Do
Lead expansion of shopper and vendor management best practices across the region
Support local and regional teams to improve operational metrics and vendor success
Track and enhance operational processes such as vendor onboarding, catalog audits, inventory integrations, and picker performance
Assist local markets with execution of operational initiatives and processes
Monitor compliance with BAU processes and escalate gaps when required
Own and maintain reporting, documentation, and SOPs for operational functions
Develop and track SOPs for BAU processes including device allocation and uniform ordering
Solve recurring market issues using established procedures or by recommending process improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably within vendor or grocery logistics
Strong understanding of vendor operations and workforce management
Ability to document processes, create guidelines, and support implementation
Skilled at analyzing data to identify key insights and operational trends
Confident in issue resolution, escalation management, and proposing improvements
Knowledge of grocery or retail operations is a strong advantage
High sense of ownership, detail orientation, and eagerness to learn
